Garrison Oaks subdivision is nestled in the small area of Roswell that is in Cobb County.  This area runs along Mabry Road between Holcomb Bridge and Shallowford Roads.  Garrison Oaks is a relatively small community built by respected Atlanta homebuilder, Wilmont Williams.  Wilmont Williams has been building quality homes in metro Atlanta since 1971.  He believes in building homes where people will live and raise their families.

Established in 1998, Garrison Oaks has approximately 85 homes, most of which are brick construction ranging from 4,300 - 5,800 square feet.  Most of the homes have full basements and nearly all have 3 car garages.  The selling prices of homes in Garrison Oaks average $580,000 for a home with a finished basement and average $448,000 for a home on a slab.  The general architecture of Garrison Oaks is mainly traditional and you’ll notice the different elevation on each home.  No two are alike.  Though small, this community has a wonderful amenity package that includes swim and tennis as well as a strong homeowners association.
