Roswell’s Liberty Lofts and Townhomes

The Liberty community encompasses the entire 23 acres of the former high school site.  The lofts offer wood ceilings with exposed metal ductwork, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances with Stilestone countertops.  If you’re looking for a little more room, the Craftsman style townhouses range from 2,200- 2,800 square feet of living space.  Some of the townhomes have full basements and rocking chair front porches and all have a private 2-car garage.  All have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and either Granite or Stilestone countertops.  The prices of the townhomes range from $250,000-$300,000 and the loft prices range from $150,000-$200,000.
